
I hardly cooked at all last week. John was out of town and Kaileigh started her drum lessons. So almost my entire menu is carry-over meals from last week. Also, I rediscovered Allrecipes. I’ve used it before in the past, but just found out that not only can I save their recipes to my box, I can save weblinks and private recipes as well! I now have one convenient place to store all my recipes electronically!! Yay! Still working on the freezer supply again this week and since Kaileigh is now taking drum lessons on Thursday, I’m trying to incorporate a crock-pot meal on that day. Monnday – Grilled salmon (freezer), steamed broccoli, brown rice
Tuesday – Hawaiian Chicken Packets (freezer), green salad, brown rice
Wednesday – Pork chops with mushroom gravy, steamed artichoke, sliced cucumbers, brown rice
Thursday – Crock-pot beef stroganoff, egg noodles, sauted fresh spinach, sliced cucumbers
Friday – Chicken Lo Mein, egg rolls, sweet & sour dipping sauce, steamed pork buns, rice. Dessert: applesauce won tons with vanilla ice cream
Saturday – Turkey Sloppy Joes (freezer), fries, sliced cucumbers, watermelon
Sunday – Green salad with skirt steak
